A focused report helps an editor reproduce the issue while reducing the amount of personal information collected.

- Quoted statement, table cell or chart label
- Reason for concern
- Official or primary supporting source, if available
- Optional contact address for a response
What happens after submission
We check the cited page and source, document the decision, and correct or remove material errors. If you provide a contact address, we may use it to ask a clarifying question or explain the outcome. A correction request does not need personal accident facts.
Do not use the corrections channel to submit a legal-help request.
