Tool results and saved records
Tools use deterministic rules and the answers you enter; they do not decide fault, diagnose an injury, value a claim or establish an individual legal deadline. Results may be incomplete if an answer is uncertain or if an official rule has changed since the recorded source-check date.

Submitting the form authorizes delivery of the fields you enter only to GJEL through the email-delivery provider identified in the Privacy page. Submission does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or mean GJEL has agreed to represent you. Do not rely on a request to protect a deadline. GJEL independently decides whether to communicate further or enter a written representation agreement, and its duties concerning a prospective client are governed by the rules applicable to GJEL.
San Jose Accident Help will not resell, rotate or reroute a request. If delivery fails or GJEL cannot respond, the site will not choose a substitute firm. The confirmation reference will document the request; it will not be a case number or evidence that representation exists.
Privacy choices and electronic communications
Mere use of San Jose Accident Help does not grant consent for optional Google Analytics. If Analytics is configured, its tag remains off until a visitor selects “Allow analytics” after reading the visible notice identifying Google, the information categories and the measurement purpose. The choice can be changed through “Analytics choices” in the footer.
